Cardio Tennis is a new high energy tennis workout (developed by Tennis Australia) that will have you and your friends having fun,feeling great and getting fit.
It doesn`t matter if you play regularly or never before, because Cardio Tennis is open to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
During a 60 minute workout women burn between 300 to 500 calories per hour,and men burn between 500 to 800 calories.

Tuesday 9.30am- 10.30am and 6.00pm-7.00pm
Wednesday 2.15pm-3.15pm
Thursday 9.30am-10.30am
Thursday 6.00pm-7.00pm
